FJL Tech is seeking an Associate Functional Consultant to support clients, manage assigned projects, and assist with the day-to-day use of business systems. The role involves handling support tickets, maintaining client master data, understanding client requirements, and ensuring that client issues are followed through to resolution.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to client support tickets and provide timely assistance.
  • Take ownership of assigned clients and projects.
  • Maintain and update client master files and system data.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their issues and requirements.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and ensure issues are properly resolved.
  • Assist with system testing, user support, documentation, and training.
  • Work closely with the functional and technical teams when escalation is required.

  • Computer literate and comfortable learning new software.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and respectful when communicating with clients.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
  • Responsible and able to manage assigned tasks and deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Previous work experience in customer support, administration, consulting, or a related role.
  • Basic technical or software knowledge.
  • Basic accounting or business process knowledge.
  • Previous experience with ERP or business management systems.
  • Fluent in English and French

Working Arrangement


This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. The selected candidate must have a reliable internet connection, a suitable working environment, and the ability to remain available and responsive during working hours.
